Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information OzCorp Studios LLC ("we", "us") collects when you play Days of Conflict (the "Game"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what the Game needs to work: your account, your progress, and online multiplayer. We don't sell your information and the Game doesn't show ads.
What we collect
- Account information. A player ID created when you first open the Game. If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple gives us an identifier for your Apple account so you can sign in on other devices. We don't receive your Apple password.
- Player name. The name you choose, plus a number tag (for example Ghost#4821). Other players can see it.
- Game progress. Your level, experience, in-game currency, unlocked items, loadouts and battle pass progress, saved to your account so they're kept across devices and reinstalls.
- Purchases. Records of in-app purchases so we can deliver what you bought. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card or payment details.
- Chat messages. Messages you send in match chat are delivered to other players and kept in our game server logs for a limited time to review reports of abuse.
- Connection and technical data. When you play online, our game servers receive your device's IP address and connection data to run the match. The game engine may also collect basic device information (model, operating system) and crash or performance diagnostics.
- Settings on your device. Preferences such as sound, graphics and muted players are stored only on your device.
How we use it
- To run your account and save your progress and purchases.
- To run online matches and show your player name to other players.
- To keep the Game fair and safe, including reviewing reported chat and behavior.
- To fix bugs and improve performance.
- To answer you when you contact support.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Game, and only as needed:
- Unity Technologies: the game engine, player accounts (Unity Authentication) and saved progress (Unity Cloud Save).
- Apple and Google: app distribution, Sign in with Apple, and processing in-app purchases.
- Our server hosting provider: runs the multiplayer game servers.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect players and the Game from fraud or abuse. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, player name and progress until you delete your account. Chat and server logs are kept for a limited time (no longer than 90 days) and then deleted, unless we need them longer to handle a specific report.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the Game under Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, player name, progress and items. You can also email support@ozcorpstudios.com and we'll do it for you. Purchases you made can't be restored after deletion.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing support@ozcorpstudios.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example in California or the European Union), and we'll honor them.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use the security protections of our service providers, and encrypted connections where available, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we'll let you know in the Game.
